Should you choose this option, please note that any broken or damaged items will be replaced at the client's cost. For items that cannot be replaced exactly, we will source a comparable item in quality and price.2. Event Reservation & Deposit: A deposit is required to secure your event date and time, ensuring our team is fully prepared and dedicated to your celebration.3. Space Assessment: For a smooth setup, we request a site visit two weeks prior to the event, allowing us to confirm layout and ambiance details. Please provide images of your event space during the inquiry stage to facilitate our planning.4. Allergies & Special Requests: Ensuring the comfort and safety of your guests is our priority. Please confirm any dietary restrictions or allergies in advance, so we can accommodate all needs and create a seamless dining experience.5.
